involved championing and defining the projects, time, cost and quality
monitoring, interfacing with management up to board level, building, leading
and motivating teams and analysis of possible franchise extensions within
project brands. Team sizes on projects varied between four to thirty people.

employed as Technical Manager (later Development Manager) reporting initially
to the managing director and then to the content director of E-On as well as
interfacing with other members of the E-On board. Managing a game development studio of internal and external
resources including game developers, external programmers, translation houses,
artists, QA, PR and marketing. Also instrumental in the layout and structure of
the E-On site including the security system, system software and delivery
mechanisms.
